Registration. Please register for the TERENA Networking Conference 2009 online or with the downloadable registration form (pdf). If you use the pdf registration form, please follow the instructions for payment of fees carefully and return the form by fax to TERENA. You will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail. Online Registration. Register online using our secure server. If you pay by credit card you will receive an automatic email confirmation of your submission upon hitting the submit button. You will then receive an email confirmation of your successful registration after validating your payment. If you choose to pay by bank transfer or bank draft (Bankers’ Guaranteed Cheque) you will automatically receive an invoice and receipt to confirm that TERENA has received the payment.

Opportunities for students. Following the success of last year’s pilot, TERENA provides opportunities for students to attend the 2009 TERENA Networking Conference free of charge.

A limited number of free registration places were available for bona fide postgraduate students from relevant fields. This special student registration gives access to the conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, conference materials and social events.

Note that TERENA does not offer any financial assistance for travel or accommodation costs. In order to qualify for one of these free places, students had to submit an application via the TNC website. Applications were processed on a first come, first served basis.

Málaga discount card. This year’s TERENA Networking Conference will offer all participants free entry to some of Málaga’s main attractions. With the complimentary discount card, participants will be able to visit the Cathedral, the Alcazaba and the Picasso Foundation and have the possibility of a guided tour through the city.
