TNC2012 Call for papers: Networking to Services

TERENA invites you to submit your abstract for the international TERENA Networking Conference 2012 (TNC2012). The theme of TNC2012 is 'Networking to Services'. The conference will be held from 21 - 24 May 2012 in Reykjavik, Iceland, organised by TERENA and hosted by the Icelandic National Research and Education Network (RHnet) and the University of Iceland.

Deadline for submission is 30 November 2011.

NOTE: In order to submit your abstract you will first have to login to the website. The website uses federated login, which means that we do not provide usernames/passwords any more; instead you can log in using your own institutional account. If your institution is not listed, you can use one of the guest providers such as Google, Yahoo!, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Windows Live ID, etc.

TNC2012 is the European networking meeting place, bringing together decision makers, networking specialists and managers from all major European networking and research organisations, universities, worldwide sister institutions and industry representatives. Our aim is to showcase European & global collaboration, as well as global developments, current challenges and recent results within the topics and areas covered by the conference. These include:

Network technology and architectures, network management, IPv6, distributed control planes, virtual networks, future networks

SUPPORTING COLLABORATION

Federations, AAI, identity management, real-time collaboration, access everywhere, collaboration beyond academic boundaries

To select the abstracts for presentation at the TNC2012, all submitted abstracts will go through three comprehensive reviews: (1) double-blind (at least two reviewers), (2) non-blind and (3) participative peer reviews. Authors will receive the result of the evaluations by the reviewers of their abstracts.

The conference programme will be made up of keynote speakers, invited speakers and submitted papers.
